(She/Her) I hope to get the privilege of meeting you and the ones around you. I branched out to train as a death doula after 24 years assisting people with disabilities in their home. I aim to make a connection to the families I service and in turn, to the community. Assisting people to stay in their home where they are most comfortable, is important to me, if it's important to you.
I am a mom and a wife. If you like people who are calm, easy going, polite, with a fun sense of humour, I am for you. I am a great listener, problem solver, and a conscientious worker. I respect that everyone's life journey is as individual as the trees in the forest and will meet you at your pace.
I aspire to make life's closure, though a sorrowful time; a serene, whole and unspoiled experience.
To make sure you receive accurate and emerging information I am pleased to be a member of the Death Doula Ontario Network, the Death Doula Network International, the Canadian Integrative Network for Death Education and Alternatives, and the Ontario Personal Support Workers Association.
